Essential Functions 基本职能：
1.Give input to the new equipment choosing and parameters, on-site handling of the equipment arrival and co-ordination. 对新工厂新设备的选型和参数提供意见，负责设备到货的现场处理和协调。
2.Responsible for standard operation procedures for new project to support startup. 负责编写启动新项目的标准操作程序。
3.Work with MEI installation contractor to monitor the installation reliability. 与MEI安装承包商合作，监控安装的可靠性。
4.Responsible for the process technology countersignature of equipment, instrument, and electrical component. 负责设备、仪表、电气元件的工艺技术会签工作。
5.Provide technical support for project commissioning and startup as commissioning team member, coach, and mentor less experienced personnel. 作为调测团队成员，为项目调测和启动提供技术支持，指导经验不足的人员。
6.Work with other disciplines to solve the process problems during new projects implementation period. 与其他部门合作解决新项目实施期间的工艺问题。
7.Be responsible for new or upgrade products scale-up and ensure that they are fully verified before pilot. 负责新产品或升级产品的放大，并确保它们在试运行前得到充分验证。
8.Evaluate the feasibility and safety for new scale-up from the view of process. Tracking the scale up process till transfer to production successfully. 从工艺角度评估放大生产的可行性和安全性。跟踪放大生产过程直至成功生产。
9.Managing process recipe instruction, include instruction creation, update, recover and destruction. Responsible for instruction MOC. 管理工艺配方指令，包括指令的创建、更新、恢复和销毁，负责建立MOC。
10.Debottleneck capacity through process improvement. 通过工艺改进来消除产能瓶颈。
11.Continue to improve the quality and efficiency as well as safety by continuous optimization. 通过持续优化，不断提高生产质量、效率和安全性。
12. Participate in accident analysis and improvement action, as well as process feasibility and process safety risk analysis. 参与事故分析并采取改进措施，以及参与工艺可行性和工艺安全风险分析。
Requirements (Education/Experience, required and preferred):
1.Bachelor’s degree, major in chemical engineering and technology or related. 本科以上学历，化学工程或相关专业。
2. More than 5 years working experience in fine chemical industry, with batch process background, expansion experience is required. 5年以上精细化工行业工作经验，有批量生产、扩大生产的工艺背景经验。
3.Familiar with normal rotating equipment and utilities. 熟悉常用的旋转设备和公用设施。
