The Senior Key Account Manager is a strategic role with the ultimate responsibility to achieve maximum customer satisfaction in proposing effective solutions that add value and build long lasting partnerships. You will manage the top accounts (international companies) and lead a small team.
Your main objectives will be to: - Ensure the overall satisfaction of the company’s top key accounts. - Lead a small team of Key Account Managers, reporting to the Deputy General Manager. - Represent the top clients within the company.
Responsibilities: - Directly responsible for the top key accounts of MOOV as assigned. - Actively develops and executes key account strategy: defining strategic approach on value proposition & solution as well as the internal and external positions of MOOV on RFQs & tenders; partnering with internal stakeholders (operations/solutions, etc.) to deliver attractive pricing and service. - Regularly conducts structured review sessions: aligning and updating customers on customer strategy and priorities; adjusting our value proposition; offering continuous service improvement and innovation. - Successfully controls monthly performance: monitoring volume, profitability, pipeline, overdues, and ensuring immediate actions in case of deviations (i.e. timeliness/accurate reporting) by involving all internal stakeholders (operations/solutions, sales, etc.) and escalating to company top management where necessary. - Effectively hands over new business of assigned key account: transitioning new business into operations to ensure that customer requirements and the commitments are met. - Supports sales teams in pitching concepts to potential key accounts assigned and identifying new opportunities, increasing the footprint of business and solutions with assigned customers, ensuring an attractive and sizeable pipeline and high closing ratio. - Supports the implementation of new customer SOP and reporting structures and data analysis. - Builds and maintains positive relationships by closely collaborating and effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. - Speaks up and shares with cross function partners both supportive and critical views in a way that fosters a dynamic and engaging pursuit of continuous improvement.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Above 10 years working experience in Supply Chain/Logistics enterprise, especially with 3-5 years relevant working experience in (Key) Account Management. 3. Excellent English language skills are mandatory (additional other foreign languages are a plus). 4. Confident and professional attitude towards top clients, able to communicate with top management of key accounts in English/Chinese. 5. Experienced professional who wants to drive change management / improvement programs, collaborate cross-functionally and has a passion for exploring progressive solutions for key accounts. 6. Previous experience working in and with multicultural and global teams. 7. Enthusiastic leader ready to lead a small team and report to top management 8. Excellent communication (verbal, written, listening, and presentation) skills required in both Chinese and English. 9. Ability to gain credibility and trust internally and with customers. 10. Strong analytical skills and creative thinking.
