Job Responsibilities: 1、Check cargo status with shippers as per request in consignees’ SOP, report early or late shipments to consignees for approval, report any emergency to consignees for approval. 2、Assist customer to better control cargo arrival time at destination. Educate vendor to fulfilled consignee’s SOP. 3、Prepare booking instruction according to SOP and requested reports to consignees, report carriers’ service performance and operation failures to consignees, check approval for booking discrepancies with consignees. 4、Extract/verify e-booking data, input vessel info, generate & update SO, monitor e-DDR, B/L entry and SA sending on time, prepare vessel delay notice IN ORDER TO provide on-line shipping information to customers. 5、Analyse customers’ SOP, and prepare loading plan to warehouse, IN ORDER TO avoid warehouse operation failure in loading. 6、To get the problem settle down independently and support team operation and documentation IN ORDER TO maintain the service quality of responsible accounts.
Job Qualifications: 1、Associate degree above. 2、3 - 5 years working experience in related role or industry. 3、Daily workable Written English skills.
