Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
● Support ASPIRE China work stream leader (P2DP, D2S) for SAP S4H system
implementation on data part.
● Work with ASPIRE China local deployment team Data Stream, ASPIRE Core team
and local stakeholder/SME to ensure the data preparation readiness for SAP S4H.
● Lead and analyze site material data / transaction data / financial data for
manufacturing, supply chain and research department with deliverable in SAP:
define data scope, identify data owner, communicate global template to data owner,
collect data and clarify data issue, do data clean, contribute on data migration
template, test data load script, verify the data content, do data reconciliation.
● Analyze the as-is processes which input the data in SAP, know the data lifecycle and
transition map
● Work out to-be material master data management proposal, to-be data owner and
OCM proposal.
● Communicate with business SMEs to ensure the data deliverables are aligned with
schedule, understand the dependence with other workstream
English speaking, good documentation, conversation, presentation
