Job Description
1. Prepare sales performance analysis reports and suggest action plans to improve KPIs;
2. Execute buying strategy and ensure good product mix in stores
3. Monitor seasonal delivery and liaise with production team to ensure on-time delivery;
4. Collect seasonal product feedback and communicate with design team to improve product strength;
5. Lead the work of product training and FAB consolidation for distribution channels;
6. Support in building up seasonal merchandising plan to category level;
7. Conduct market filed research and desk research for preparation of seasonal merchandising plan;
8. Collaborate with other departments where necessary;
9. Join and complete other ad hoc work.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in fashion buying and merchandising;
2. Working Experience in women’s RTW brand is a must and in premium/luxury brand is a plus;
3. Bachelors’ degree and above is preferred;
4. High proficiency at advanced level in Excel and Power Point;
5. Strong in data analysis and communication; Problem-solving and result oriented;
6. Passionate, self-driven and independent.
7. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
