Key Responsibilities：
61 Set up standard sales internal operation process, principle, reporting and projects. And manage all of these execution through understand sales team capability.
61 Consolidate internal and external data for sales analysis and find out tactical plan to give sales execution suggestion.
61 Build up insight, principle, plan and ensure execution for inventory management by counter
61 Set up communication bridge in MKT and CRM to territory sales team
61 Support counter operation through daily back-end support for data, report, other operation detail
61 Explore for sustainable possibilities and opportunities during your work and implement in your daily work.


Working experiences：
61 More than 5 years experiences in SOP of foreign company, FMCG industry preferred
61 Team player with good communication skills
61 Very organized with strong planning
