Work closely with Finance team. 61 Drive the Sales workshop and monthly review, help sales team to generate more ideas and train the sales team how to smartly negotiate. and increase more transactional pricing. 2.2. 61 Learn from global sales operation team and commercial excellence team, Train local sales and Lead to deploy global sales initiatives (system such as e-pricing, new system, SFDC enhancement and data accuracy, should price, baseline management, TEFS etc.) 61 Monthly new business won, lost SFDC status tracking in SFDC, escalation, checking related documents upload in SFDC by sales (RFQ, long quote offer, award letter, contracts original file) and update to global 61 Manage and maintain market price database and calculate price walk for three verticals (LVD, CV) and do consistent calibration with global GBE. 61 Lead NPS and CSS survey and follow up actions to improve customer experience 61 Customer team CIP calculation, measurement and align with HR and X-function stake holders. 61 New sales training for all the tool, process, initiatives 61 Drive China CV & LCV GBE sales process and initiatives" 2.3. 61 Responsible for providing technical sales support for the China CV & LCV GBE while developing, deploying, and enabling the key processes within Sales and Marketing. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and profitable business growth. Develop and assess sales support libraries and templates to enable scalable work processes as well as right and fast reporting and financial roll-up. 61 Supervise the integrated ""One Garrett Advancing Motion"" Sales support process 61 Develop, deploy and enable ""Right and Fast"" key processes within Sales and Marketing 61 Drive continuous improvement in a premiere Sales organization" 3. Education / Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or above 4. Experience 61 3~8 years’ experience. Automotive industry experiences preferred 61 At least 3 years of relevant experience in key customer management 61 Proven record of business development, pricing management, customer relation management 61 Good communication both in English and Chinese. Experience of managing global customers and local customers 61 Can do and Can teach 61 Familiar with all the finance models/tools (PQF, simulation) , SFDC, TP, baseline management process, account planning. 61 Comfortable working in a matrix organization. Able to leverage cross functional resources to achieve business targets 61 Understanding of market dynamics, segmentation, and customer needs. 5.
