职责描述: 1.Operate as an ambassador and door opener for Saint-Gobain construction products to key account customers 担任圣戈班建筑产品与关键客户之间的大使。 2.Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume key accounts, both national and regional, residential and commercial, developer and contractor 与国家和地区、住宅和商业、开发商和承包商等关键大客户建立并保持长期战略性信任关系。 3.Develop a complete understanding of key account needs, maintaining knowledge and awareness of competing products/services, discount and pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses Monitor key account changes and improvements 全面了解关键客户需求,保持对竞争对手产品/服务、折扣和定价结构以及优劣势的了解,并关注关键客户的变化和提高。 4.Negotiate strategic purchasing contracts with key accounts, by working closely with technical support and sales team, preparing detailed proposals/quotes depending on each consumer’s requirements. 通过与技术支持和销售团队密切合作,根据每个消费者的要求,制定详细的建议/报价,与关键客户协商战略采购合同。 5.Work closely with R&D, technical, sales, marketing, logistics, customer service, production, and finance team to secure entry and later service to the key accounts, serving as the contact point for key accounts and internal teams 与研发、技术、销售、营销、物流、客户服务、生产和财务团队密切合作,确保关键客户的整体服务,充当关键客户和内部团队的联络点。 6.Manage communications between key clients and internal teams 在关键客户和内部团队之间进行沟通 7.Regularly follows up with the customers regarding orders and timely collections of the products in order to obtain feedback on their level of satisfaction and areas of sales performance improvement. 定期跟进客户的订单,及时收集产品,以获得客户满意度和销售业绩改善方面的反馈。 8.Lead solution development for the identified improvement areas, coordinating involvement of any relevant business personnel. 主导并开发需要改进区域的解决方案,协调相关业务人员参与。 9.Reviews target achievement and creates reports for senior management team, which facilitate the creation of informed account management decision-making and strategy formulation. 审查目标达成情况并报告给上级管理层,促进关键管理决策和战略制定。 10.Maintains and expands relationships with important clients and work closely with various business departments in order to maintain and further develop the relationships with the key accounts. 维护和扩展重要客户的关系,与各业务部门密切合作,以维护和进一步发展与重要客户的关系。
