Responsibilities: Seasonal Items 86 Manage replenishment and store to store transfer for seasonal items. 86 Be always in coordination with Regional and HQ Allocation teams to define the rules of allocation. 86 Be always in coordination with Visual Merchandising team and stores to grant the correct image. 86 Collaborate with Regional/HQ Customer Service, Logistic and Regional Merchandiser teams to drive the deliveries and to grant the best assignment for each store. 86 Work together with Logistic and Operations to define the delivery plan by store considering distributive constraints. 86 Cooperate with HQ Allocation team to manage the Central reserve and to allocate products to the stores. Continuative Items 86 Manage operatively the stores’ stock confirming the replenishment and communicate weekly with the stores. 86 Work together with Regional Merchandising team to set the assortment and to define the target stock level for each sku/store. 86 Cooperate with Regional Logistic and Operations teams to monitor the delivery of the products to the stores/regional warehouse. 86 Collaborate with HQ Allocation team to adjust and revise the store’s target stock levels based on sales trend and stock capacity, to evaluate assortment changes, manage exceptional cases and update parameters on the system. Planning 86 Assist Regional Planner to provide analysis on stock situation, especially during planning season 86 Regular planning reporting of various kind to ensure team and company understanding of stock Merchandising 86 Weekly merchandising and delivery reports to update and review stock status 86 Participate in certain merchandising projects which are crucial to advance his/her knowledge of allocation
