Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
Professional Exposure (Technical Skills)
61 Familiarity with IT systems and methodologies.
61 2+ years' hands-on Infrastructure project management experience with cross-functional teams. New model program experience is PLUS.
61 2+ years' hands-on JV interface project management experience.
61 2+ years' hands-on IT operation support experience.
61 1+ years' hands-on China vendor project management experience.
61 Creative in quickly developing approaches to problems and recommending actions to management.
61 Ability to communicate effectively to IT and non-IT functions: manufacturing, construction, facilities, finance, purchasing etc.
61 Good understanding of IT infrastructure in distributed environment: data centers, networking, servers, telecommunications, client technology, etc.
61 Drive results with least supervision by providing direction to teams in ambiguous situations.
61 IT infrastructure Support in manufacturing environment. Should have exposure in Network operations, Telecom infrastructure and Applications infrastructure in a complex manufacturing.
Preferred previous experiences
61 Knowledge of ITIL.
61 PMP – PMI, CCNA+ certified.
61 Well English communication skills with proven ability of cross-region connection (Ford NA/India/EU teams engagement).
61 Proven experience with partner team communication: manufacturing, Ford land, HR, facilities, finance, purchasing etc.
61 Environment, preferably in Auto industry. Must have interacted with internal customers at various levels.
61 Have an attitude to work under pressure with timelines
