The China Technical Service is a core function of the national service process. The Engineer reports directly to the China Technical Service Director. Additionally, for International & strategic purpose, the Engineer will work closely with the RTS team in Germany. The Technical Service Engineer position has the following responsibilities: 1.The sustainable development of the service quality within the territory with the aim of maximize RATIONAL customer benefits and satisfy customer 2.Leading, maintaining and developing long term relationships with RATIONAL Service Partner. 3.Service training for both internal and external demands Primary tasks (but not limited to): 74Consultation in technical issues by phone and in person 74Administration and follow up of warranty notifications 74Use SalesForce manage daily work 74Quality and management reporting, monthly reports to the Service Director China, covering items such as the following: (service activities, achievements, project progress, technical / quality problem) 74Improvement of product and service quality in the long term 74Participate in, or assist partners, in trade shows & events where required. 74Monitoring RSP’s spare parts stock availability in region Practical Experiences/skills: 74Extensive relevant service experience and existing relationships in the kitchen equipment or hospitality industry 74A keen understanding of electrical and mechanical knowledge 74Outstanding skills in the areas of relationship, communication, negotiation & selling 74Has strong sense of customer service and professional demeanour 74Good IT-abilities (MS Office; SAP & Salesforce preferred) 74Experience in the field of technical service and in dealing with dealer/distributor/service partner networks Qualities; The Person... 74Is a great trainer and presenter 74Has entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on-mentality 74Is proactive, enthusiastic, open minded and customer-oriented 74Is results oriented 74Is self-motivated & driven by self-initiative. 74Is a team player, actively fostering RATIONAL values.
