61 Support on CRM data analysis and processing including regular CRM stores reports, campaign reports and other reports relevant, and key messages delivery to sales operation team 61 Support CRM campaign planning according to marketing calendar on assets, target clients list and other communication materials 61 Understand and be familiar with CRM system and Clienteling tool, assist on functions optimization/development, data implementation, training, regular maintenance and other relevant support 61 Responsible for CRM KPI, closely monitor CRM performance by store level 61 Manage gift stock, coordinate with stores and logistic on replenishment 61 Support contract, payment and other finance or legal related procedure 61 Any ad hoc projects assigned by the manager
