This role is responsible for provideing high-quality research and analytics on market/competitor/business performances to support online business development. Work collaboratively in cross-functional environment to co-create/derive actionable insights to support business/strategic planning and decision making. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 61 Lead EC RGM (Revenue growth management) analysis to continually improve EC profitability. 61 Conduct in-depth analytics on EC digital shopper path to purchase for un-meet needs discovery for Brand Marketing driving innovation (Co-working with CIBA & E-MKT & EC Sales team) 61 Understand & analyze up-to-date EC channel & customer cost to serve structure vs competitor for driving profitable growth (Co-working with EC NSO & EC Sales team & finance team) 61 Lead EC new & emerging channel roll to market model design, like content EC etc (Co-work with E-MKT & EC NSO & EC sales team) Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: 61 5 years FMCG commercial working experience and 3 years+ in EC sales or E-marketing experience 61 Bachelor Degree Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies: 61 Highly collaborative & agile mindset 61 Willing to explore and embrace ambiguity and act assertively to drive results. 61 Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI Job Requirements: 61 Full time work, overtime is expected 61 Travel will up to 10% of work time within country 61 This role is not eligible for relocation Benefits and Culture: 61 Ongoing training and development 61 Family-owned company, with a family feel 61 Be a member of a company championing a better world through sustainability and environmental protection measures
