1. Provide consumer insights, market trend, business insight and brand health tracking through driving and executing market research projects, to help business and brand decisions;
2. Provide in-time insights and actionable recommendations on project / topic base, with a holistic view on full business picture to help decision making and problem solving;
3. Deeply involved in business discussions with relevant team, to ensure clear communication/ understanding, demonstrate professional skills and concrete knowledge into category/consumer to build influential impact;
4. Ensure highstandards of technical competence regarding research supplier selection, questionnaire design and analysis and structurlized reporting. Keep try and test new and agile approaches to match new dynamics. Review, feedback and improve on project / agency basis to improve efficiency;
5. Learn and understand the WHO Code, China Code, Nestle Instruction and Wyeth Nutrition China. Policy and Procedure on the Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes, as well as comply with business process and code of conduct, strictly adhering to all the requirements of related Wyeth Nutrition Policy and Procedure in development and implelatation of business activities, Meanwhile, actively attend and participate in various forms of code compliance trainings and pass tests.
Job Requirement:
1. 5 years+ of consumer and market insight experience in health and or consumer goods. Infant milk fomular category experience is a plus;
2. Strong foundations in quantitive and qualitative research, abreast of latest development in research tools and methordologies;
3. Proven track record in identifying research needs, developing and managing insight programmes and utilizing insight information in a fast-moving environment;
4. Native speaker of Mandarin, business proficiency in English
