工作职责:
61 Assess the feasibility and applicability of emerging technologies for integration into the biomarker platform.
61 Lead the development, optimization, validation, troubleshooting, and transfer of biomarker assays.
61 Establish necessary laboratory documents (SOPs, guidelines, work instructions, etc.) to ensure the platform meets scientific and regulatory standards.
61 Support biomarker-related translational studies in a clinical setting.
61 Work collaboratively with internal and external partners and manage vendors.
61 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
任职资格:
61 Ph.D. degree in biology, pharmacology or a related field with at least two years of relevant experience, or a MS degree with at least six years of relevant experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
61 Deep understanding and hands-on experience with a variety of biomarker technologies, including immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, immunoassays, FISH, NGS, etc.
61 Experience in clinical biomarker assay development is highly desirable.
61 Proven ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams in a highly dynamic environment.
61 A Strong passion for biomarker research, coupled with diligence, self-motivation, independence, and a strong sense of responsibility.
