The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a CN DC Support , you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Assist DC manager to optimize third-party/LLP, warehouse operation performance,
Monitor and optimize DC inventory level , closely work with DC lead for capacity planning, improve warehouse space utilization
Accountable for warehouse daily inbound/outbound operation data traceability
Assist DC manager to review , amend and create SOPs, make sure 3PL/LLP implement according to SOPs
Create and update Warehouse KPI, dashboard, analyze warehouse cost, productivities, provide improvement plan and follow up implementation status
Participate / lead logistics and DC related projects , drive cross-function communication,02delivery results according to project objective
Collaborate with QA/RA, EHS, compliance02, all internal stakeholders to make sure fully compliance in term of storage, re-labelling , delivery
Keep close connection with 3PL in terms of resource/labor arrangement , gather forecast to 3PL and LLP to improve productivity and cost efficiency
Investigate customer compliant, improve warehouse service and quality
DC related invoice audit, proceed payment and filing
Participate UAT testing during system development02, act as an key member from DC to link with IT for our system setup

Excellent communication and coordination skills and team work spirit
Have a strong executive ability, can withstand certain work pressure
Proficient in excel and related office software
