工作职责： 1. In charge of EHS management including the development of local strategy, objectives, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with SG group EHS policies/local government regulations. 2. Lead ISO14001 and ISO 45001 EHS system as company management representative. Define the EHS responsibilities, regulations/SOPs, execute the daily EHS survey, risk report and elimination, organize the system audit on shopfloor and related departments. 3. In charge of injury and occupational health case investigation, analysis, and improvement actions close. 4. In charge of MOC (management of Change) procedure, industrial risk prevention, emergency response plans and business continuity plan definition and drills 5. Coordinate EHS communications between the site and local regulatory agencies include Environment, Safety surveillance, healthy bureau, emergency response, firefighting, and APAC regional office. 6. Implement WCM system in the plant to manage and balance the cost/performance to fit for the company vision of customer orientation and performance excellence. Define and follow the plant continuous improvement programs with WCM methodologies. Organize and Implement the WCM internal/external audit follow the plant WCM roadmap. 7. Organize EHS and WCM related trainings for all plant employees for safety awareness and emergency response capability. 8. Oversee the SG safety standards implementation in the plant. 任职要求： 1. Bachelor’s degree in EHS or Engineering discipline. 2. Over 8 years’ experience in the environmental, health, & safety field in the manufacturing industry. With Lean/6Sigma experiences. 3. Related experience in managerial position. 4. Knowledge of Safety, Environment, and Health related technologies, regulations and Continuous improvement system. 5. Good team leader and customer-oriented, take the initiative, work proactively by coordinating and lead the team for problem solving. 6. Good coach skills for team to increase awareness and risk evaluation/elimination capabilities. 7. Experience in Lean, 6 Sigma, continuous improvement at relevant levels is preferred.
