61 Process customer order schedule correctly per customer/company rule. 61 Check the material validity and price effectiveness in SAP 61 Support customer critical order and monitor until delivered 61 Working with supply chain to make sure goods arrival to meet customer’s required delivery date 61 Contact with customer to make sure the valid certificates for chemical goods or DGs 61 Manage orders to ensure complete and on time delivery 61 Create on time invoices upon delivery or completion of installation 61 Take ownership of customers’ issues and resolutions 61 Keep good relationship with customer and achieve good score in customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)
84 Bachelor Degree, with 2+ years of customer service relevant experience. 84 International trade / logistics major or related experiences will be a plus.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)
