一、职责Responsibility: · 领导店铺团队,担任公司文化、店铺运营、政策和程序、管理以及卓越销售和服务技巧 方面的专家。Lead the store teams and serves as the expert on company culture, store operations, policies & procedures, management, and exceptional sales and service skills. · 建立高效团队,带领前线员工达成销售目标。Build effective teams and lead the teams to achieve sales target. · 保持品牌形象及提供高质量的客户服务。Maintain brand image and provide high quality customer services. · 负责管理店铺日常运作如: 货品管理、存货管理及店铺视觉陈列等、培训店铺员工销售技巧和知识以确保营运及服务以符合公司指标。Responsible for daily operations of the stores such as product management, inventory and visual display, prepare sales skills and knowledge training to shop staffs that ensuring operations and services are in line with company metrics. · 与经验丰富的前线员工合作,管理店铺日常行政工作,以提高店员的商业敏锐度。 Work with experienced sales personnel, manage shop administration for enhancing business acumen. · 进行销售及数据分析作出店铺生意汇报。Prepare sales report of the store, conduct sales and data analysis. · 协助公司不时指定的临时项目。Coordinate on ad-hoc projects as assigned by the company from time to time. · 支持配合上级经理的工作,及日常管理事务。 Support to cooperate with the work of 二、要求Requirements: · 6 年或以上化妆或护肤品零售管理经验。6 years+ of managerial experience in a Beauty or Skin Care environment. · 具卓越人员管理、领导才能及管理技巧。Excellent personnel management, leadership and management skills. · 专业美容知识及技巧。 Professional beauty knowledge and skills. · 于美容领域拥有高水平的品牌和产品知识。A high level of brand awareness and product knowledge within the Beauty sector is also required. · 具有好的人际交往能力,积极主动、热情、服务至上。Initiative, enthusiastic, service-oriented with good interpersonal skills. · 具有组织能力、时间管理技巧和敏锐的洞察力。Excellent interpersonal skills and Strong organization skills, time management skills and a keen eye for detail. · 以销售为导向的态度实现***的客户服务水平。A sales driven attitude with a desire to achieve the best possible levels of customer service is essential. · 具良好数据及销售分析能力。Good data and sales analysis skills. · 对奢侈品零售行业拥有浓厚兴趣。Strong interest in luxury retail industry. · 能操流利普通话及会英语对话***。Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
