Duties & Responsibilities
●Follow technical trends of optical module package, propose innovative concepts of process, carry out the introduction according to CTQ and make reasonable technology roadmap.
●Drive and coordinate activities around package (especially in optical alignment/assembly) development with internal/external cross functional including package design review, process review, sample build management, cost and capacity review.
●Carry out new process qualification, equipment/material introduction, preparing documents including process flow, CP, D/PFMEA, design guide line etc..
●Tracking new process development progress to insure phase delivery on schedule, define process qual plan, complete auto-aligners buyoff , process transfer to mass production line.
●Lead failure analysis and improvement action; regularly reviewing failure case and maintain Lesson Learnt database.
●In charge of new process platform and optimize the process development system.
Qualification & Requirements
●Bachelor but prefers a master’s degree in material, mechanical, electronics, optical or related engineering.
●5+ years experiences in process for optical alignment/assembly, optical communication industry would be a plus
●Good communication skill in both Chinese and English
●Good problem solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills
