岗位职责：
1. Manage & lead the local RMA line & repair operation to achieve HQ set KPI goals of Inventec El Paso site in TX, USA.
2. Implement & coordinate the Service HQ site development plan for North America region for supporting BU service requirement.
3. Local repair operation cost & budget control management.
4. Co-work with the related cross function teams and support Inventec Mexico Service site.
任职要求：
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Science Engineering or above.
2. CET 6 above or equivalent. Speak fluent English and good in written English communication skills. Spanish speaker is a plus.
3. At least 5 years’experience in server testing, trouble-shooting industry and at least 2 years management experience are required.
4. Candidate needs to demonstrate strong ownership, leadership and team spirit are the must.
5. Willing to dispatch working in El Paso, Taxes.
