Key responsibilities To well know about all company systems (Ligentix, Supplier Portal, Customer Hub, CW1, etc.) and deliver on-the-job training to staffs and entrust them with responsibilities. To conduct regular training to vendors about Ligentia systems including Ligentix and Supplier Portal. To conduct business presentation and vendor conference to local and overseas customers to develop business relationships. To arrange regular Customer Visiting for New Opportunities and Business Review. To simplify work process and monitor staff performance to ensure customer satisfaction. To oversee day to day operations and help subordinates to resolve problems. To monitor staff performance and conduct annual performance reviews. To maximize shipping revenues and minimize shipping expenses for optimal profitability. To maintain close ties with shipping community and keep abreast of up-to-date market trends.
Prefer Cargowise Good communications skills and telephone manner Strong motivation and positive working attitude With over 8 years operations experience in sea freight forwarding operations and supply chain Familiar with all trade lanes Experience in sales or key account is preferred
