In this role, you will: - Handle and resolve customer complaints and queries promptly, accurately, and courteously. - Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures. - Provide support to the customer service team and coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues. - Assist in monitoring customer service performance and suggest areas of improvement. - Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and performance.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service supervisory role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions. - Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment. - Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
