Overview Logistics Finance Analyst is a key member of the Logistics team. This role is to ensure the solid finance foundation through finance process governance, provide transparency through standardized reporting, and empower strategic planning with in-depth analysis. A combination of sports retail industry experience, logistics and supply chain knowledge, finance planning and analysis expertise is desired and can be further developed in this position.
Logistics Finance team functions as the bridge between Logistics team, China Group Finance team, and Global Logistics team. This role will support the Logistics Finance head in the cross-functional communication and alignment: to provide financial guidance to Logistics team, and Logistics finance input for Finance and other Decathlon peers.
Key Responsibilities 80Finance operation: closing (provision, GR and etc.), indirect purchasing process, cost center hierarchy management and etc. 80Financial analysis: China Logistics Cost analysis (by reporting unit and by activity), China Logistics Pricing and Margin analysis (by product category) 80Financial Planning and Forecasting: regular forecast and annual target setting for China Logistics cost (by reporting unit and by activity), and China Logistics GOI. 80BP: regular Financial Performance review, Logistics project financial evaluation and guidance support

Requisite Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 80Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, logistics, planning, supply chain, information systems, or operations; Master degree or MBA is a plus 803+ years of FP&A work experience, ideally in the logistics/supply chain management area in a sports retail company or a logistics service provider, particularly related to warehouse processing and transportation (the last-mile delivery) management 80Strong data sense and capability to master automation and data processing tools 80Experience in managing cross-functional project and end-to-end process 80Ownership, respect for deadline, and ability to deliver in the changing environment 80Strong logical, analytical and conceptual skill, including structured and detailed problem-solving methodologies 80Team player, good communication and networking skills 80Motivated, aim for excellence in deliverables and self-development 80Proficiency in MS-Excel, python or other data tools, Power BI or Automation is a plus 80Fluent in English (written and verbal) Experienced (no campus), senior file, network build up, data analysis, leadership, logistics BP background prioritize, customer linkage, muti-BU, controller
