Responsibilities: 85 Update and optimize the business training system in line with business development. 85 Optimize and update business training course content and develop relevant materials (such as PPTs, scripts, video recordings, etc.). 85 Ensure the implementation of business training projects according to the annual training plan and take responsibility for the overall training quality. 85 Assist sales leaders in establishing their own work systems.
