1.Assist in set up of a regional office of the company; 2.Open bank accounts, manage payments; 3.Do forecasts and budgets for the regional office with assistance from HQ; 4.Advise HQ and assist with local hiring process; 5.Coordinate local suppliers and customers; 6.Control costs of the regional office; 7.Be the point of contact to local accounting, tax and audit provider; 8.Manage local office supplies; 9.Coordinate travel, visas and other arrangements of international staff coming to China;
Key requirements: 1.Fluent Chinese and Russian languages, English knowledge highly preferred; 2.Knowledge of MS OFFICE applications; 3.Previous experience in shipping or logistics desirable; 4.Knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations preferred; 5.Experience with management of payments, bank accounts, highly desirable; 6.Good understanding of local labour laws and hiring practices; 7.Hands-on mentality, can work independently with little supervision
