Job Title: Project Manager
Weekly Working Hours: 40hrs/week
Work Location: USA/Germany
Notes: Candidates are Americans, Germans, Poles, Hungarians, etc. who can go directly to the United States or Europe to do the project without visa issue problems.
Responsibilities:
61 Work in EPC, PMC or IPMT organization to lead and manage the execution of engineering,
61 Procurement, construction for project;
61 Management of safety, schedule, cost and quality control of project;
61 Ensure the project implementation meet client requirement and expectation;
61 Coordinate the interface between different parties, Client, contractors; lead the supervision of local design institute's Engineering work.
61 Direction and control (Schedule, cost, resources) of assigned project, lead the project
61 management team;
61 Ensure the project which are working to the company procedures, project specifications,
61 standards and any project specific addenda;
61 Prepare and review Project Execute Plan (PEP) and other relevant project documents.
61 Regularly review and update Project Execute Plan, ensure all the activities comply with PEP;
61 Review regularly the performance of Project management team (PMT) members, prepare and
61 approve external or internal project report prior to release;
61 Keep good Coordination and Communication, good relation with Client members, contractors
61 and relevant parties;
61 Ensure good quality of project deliverables from the PMT and contractors;
61 Be prepared to be engaged in leading relevant discipline, assist to comment and review
61 procedures, specifications and standards with his own technical background;
61 Leading the technical audits and project review of the work of contractors;
61 Regularly review contractor's performance of the contract task force;
61 Ensure Project members are aware of their obligations under the Health and Safety Act;
61 Ensure that the Project closes out properly.
Requirements:
61 Bachelor Degree or above in CSA, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent, at least 10 years Industrial projects working experience.
61 Minimum three project Construction Management experience
61 Strong experience and technical background for engineering design, familiar with design procedure and cooperation between each disciplines.
61 Strong capabilities in scheduling, budgeting, safety management, quality control and cost control
61 Knowledge of Microsoft project planner
61 Familiar with engineering deliverable at different stage of project, and depth requirement.
61 Experience of using engineering and project management software for the help of engineering
61 work and management work.
61 Familiar with local and international Code and standard, regulation, and its implementation.
61 Familiar with government permission of the project.
61 Experience of leading project team execution a project. Experience with international projects or offshore Client is preferred.
61 Good responsibility, good teamwork spirit, remain active and positive.
61 Good written and spoken English, intercommucation skill with different parties.
