Job Responsibilities: 1. Handle legal matters related to the enterprise, such as arbitration, litigation, etc., to safeguard the interests of the enterprise. 2. Assist in handling litigation and non-litigation disputes. 3. Assist in sorting out and improving the contracts and business systems and processes between the Group and subsidiaries, and control and prevent legal risks. 4. Provided legal advice and guidance to subsidiaries and departments, and conducted legal knowledge training.
Job Requirements: 1. Law related major, bachelor degree or above (key law schools are preferred), English level of CET-6. 2. Pass the national unified legal professional qualification examination is preferred. 3. Familiar with and able to apply legal knowledge such as civil code, labor law and company law. 4. Have strong writing ability, communication and coordination ability, logical thinking ability, careful work, strong sense of responsibility.
