Position Summary: This role will lead the candidate sourcing and talent market research in support of China Recruiting team, to fulfill the key and challenging positions for the selected business lines in Greater China through setting and implementing the active sourcing strategy.
Job Responsibilities: 1. Deliver high quality professional level candidates by utilizing strategic sourcing and pipelining methodologies, business intelligence, internal and external networks, professional organizations, social media, and technology tools in support of strategic business objectives in partnership with Recruiter, HRBP and Hiring manager; (30%) 2. Execute targeted search / networking/ candidate referrals and other creative ways to engage both active and passive candidate in pipeline and build up talent pool for given key positions; (20%) 3. Act as talent advisor in the hiring activities for new & strategic industry to recruiting team and hiring managers, leverage various research capabilities to develop market insights and create robust sourcing strategies; (10%) 4. Manage and analysis current hiring channels and explore/identify effective new sourcing channels, track pipeline activities, share & present talent market insight with business line and recruiting team; (10%) 5. Expand and strengthen network in the testing and certification business; (10%) 6. Contribute in GCN talent acquisition related projects (Talent marketing project, TA operational excellence project, Talent Mapping project, EB project etc.). (20%)
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above; 2. At least 3 years in a talent sourcing experience in agency(preferred) or in house; 3. Sourcing expertise as cold call, mapping, talent market intelligence, candidate engagement; 4. Ability to perform effectively and efficiently under pressure and to adapt to change; 5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively; 6. Result focused attitude and can-do mindset; 7. Professional presentation and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
