Job Responsibility岗位职责: 1. Interface with customer to provide high and timely quality service via email, wechat and phone, and build up / Maintain good business relationship with customers 通过电子邮件、微信和电话与客户接口,提供高水准且及时的优质服务,并建立/维护与客户的良好业务关系。 2. Responsible for tapeout preparation, tooling handling, JDV issue, release/schedule arrangement, follow-up during manufacturing and logistic support. 负责订单接收、文档审核、JDV问题反馈及交期安排、在制造过程中的跟进以及后勤支持。 3. Handle customer PO and compare with quotation, follow-up billing and invoicing issue of the order 处理客户采购订单并与报价进行比较,跟进订单的开票和发票问题。 4. Order Management,follow-up transfer out order status, daily order monitor and closely communication with customer to prevent wafer stop 订单管理,跟进转移订单状态,日常订单监控以及与客户密切沟通以防止晶圆停产。 5. Coordinate between customer and company, improve and expedite front end operation to provide best service to customer 协调客户与公司内部,改善并加快前端操作,以向客户提供优质服务 Requirement任职要求: 1. Bachelor Degree,major in science and engineering is preferred,3-5 years work experience in CSR or PC is preferred 本科学历,理工科优先, 3-5年客服或生产计划经验优先 2. CET 4 above, good written skills in English CET4以上,英语书写流利 3. IT knowledge(Excel, PPT, Word……)Oracle or SAP experience is preferred 熟练运用电脑 4. Good analytical, conflict resolution and problem solving skill 优秀的分析,冲突解决及问题解决的能力 5. Team player 团队协作 Others: Accept Shift work and OT : 9:00-18:00 12:00-20:30 Weekend & Holiday 8:00-17:00 能够接受轮班 小中班:9:00-18:00,中班12:00-20:30 及周末节假日轮流值班8:00-17:00
