Advanced Materials (AM) are e crucial products for the semiconductors manufacturing processes, especially for the advanced nodes, and the global market for AM in semiconductor application is expected to reach 2 Billion USD by 2027 This role, Manager, AM Technical and Marketing, is the vital player in AM business China, as the business is under transformation amid the global geopolitical tension. He / She will work with the Air Liquide China (ALC) management to define and implement the AM transformation strategies, and drive customers on new product applications to achieve the business growth in China Market.
Duties & Accountability. 1. Define ALC AM Business Strategies and Implementation- Work with various internal stake holders to define AM strategies for China - Execute the actions, including localization plan, to strengthen supply chain resilience
2. New Product Introduction- Define new product introduction plan - Collaborate closely with OEMs and End users for new products endorsement.
3. AM Market Insight and Development- In depth study on AM market dynamic and technology road map - Conduct the market update / training to support account teams on business development - Nurture and develop the AM products to address emerging semiconductor requirement, i.e. support internal process for AM investment.
4. System Support- Maintain sample status in OEMs - Customer profile update - End user certificates check
Key Job Experience
Master or PHD in Engineering or related fields Minimum 5 years of working experience in semiconductors or technology environment, or similar technical experience (OEM or chemicals industry preferred) Knowledge on semiconductor manufacturing process Proficient in customer engineering technology and analytical methods Excellent problem-solving and analytical skill Good project management, organizational and communication skills Able to work in matrix reporting organisation
