Job Description: Job Description: As a key member of Asia digital innovation team, which provide solution and action plans that accelerate innovations in Asia and support new business development on top of the current day to day operations, you will be responsible for assigned project execution and operation that support Crocs’ short- and long-term strategic framework. Key Responsibilities: · Closely work with Asia Sr. digital innovation manager, ensuring a high-quality execution of the assigned projects. · Responsible for all the operation related tasks to deliver innovation, included but not limited to D&L, TP, Marketplaces, et · Support the implementation of project roll-out across Asia digital channels. · Identify project GTM plan and be responsible for the implementation. · Identify project merch strategy with Asia digital merch team especially for speed to market product and be responsible for the execution. · Work with digital marketing on project performance marketing plan to drive traffic/demand for innovations · Provide data analytics and generate insights to optimize business · Effectively communicate project progress / risks to team members and stakeholders. · Support preparation of materials for key meetings Skills / Experiences: · Familiar with Brand or Top E-commerce platform operating model, and have basic knowledge of digital operation, online sales, merch strategy, marketing opportunity. · Successful practice of delivering E-commerce site business target is a plus.(e.g. experience with planning/execution/coordination on brand campaigns; promotions, etc.) · Ability to coordinate with numerous departments across Crocs. · Proactive, confidence and detail oriented. · Proficient in data analytics · Fluent written and verbal communication skills.
