III. Principal Responsibilities (主要职责) - Service warranty validation, warranty job order application, follow up and arrange the delivery to customer. 售后质保核实,保修令号的申请及跟踪,发货 - Service sales order/job order application, creation. Follow up for the material schedule and arrange the shipment as per service requirements and apply for invoice for customer. 售后收费维修订单/工单的申请创建,物料交期跟踪及根据售后指示发货,并申请开票给客户。 - Parts price calculation and LT inquiry(sales& service inquiry)标准物料及非标物料成本计算售价(存档)及交期询问(销售和售后) - Purchase application and follow up for non-standard material request from service engineers 售后工程师非标物料采购申请及到货跟踪 - Compliance screening for service request 售后服务需求的贸易合规筛查 - Analysis for service performance( personal, region, segment, product family) 售后销售业绩匹配销售(人员, 地区,行业,产品类别) - Monthly job order review and close配合财务确认当月JO关闭 - Response to Company Audits配合公司财务审计 IV. Prerequisites(任职必要条件) Education/Skills / Technical Knowledge / Experience(学历/技能/专业知识/经历) Education: College or University degree 教育: 大专或本科 Good communication skills, customer oriented, result driven, careful. 良好的沟通能力,客户导向,结果导向,做事认真仔细。 Need work as overtime. 需要加班 Good at office software, knowledge of oracle or other ERP system will be a plus. 熟悉办公软件,有Oracle 或ERP经验的人员为更佳。 Frequent English skills will be a plus. 良好的英语能力为更佳。
