Key Responsibilities: 1.Develop and manage assigned TOB customers in China to achieve the sustainable business growth and continuously develop new customers to optimize the customer portfolio. 2.Distributor/agency management, developing new channels, evaluating the capabilities and managing the conflict to penetrate /or enlarge the business opportunities and sales at targeted customers. 3.Work closely with technical service, customer service, marketing, finance, legal, SCM and other internal resources to increase business profitability, ensure the quality of customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in efficiency. 4.Prepare and conduct commercial negotiations with key customers. 5.Prepare and participate the bidding process to try to win the bidding. 6.Maintain sales forecast and provide frequently business update. 7.Manage on-time delivery, account receivable and inventory of local warehouse. 8.Drive closure of customer complaints in collaboration with relative functional team. 9.Collect, analyze and present market and competitor information and update and improve the market database. Requirements: 1.Bachelor or above degree in chemistry is preferred. 2.>10 years’ experience in sales / business development, familiar with B2B business model, especially for fine chemical industry experience. 3.Great business acumen to analyze and understand the China tobacco market/segment characteristics and environment, to put forward the strategic proposal and to execute the business plan for success. 4.Good to have the success story in managing a team but not a must. 5.Good command of English in spoken and written. 6.Positive mindset with can-do attitude. 7.Good communication skills. 8.Willingness to travel if needed.
