Job requirement
61 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
61 10+ years garment industrial experience, 3 years senior or similar position.
61 Fluent in English and Mandarin.
61 Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
61 Family with garment manufacturing/production processes.
61 Have great contacts with PRC suppliers and manufacturers.
61 Have strong negotiation skills to get the best price and delivery schedule.
61 Strong analytical / problem solving skills paired with strategic business acumen and application.
61 Detail-oriented, results-driven, highly motivated.
61 Ability to negotiate with and influence peers, members of a cross-functional team and senior management.
Job Responsibilities
61 Responsible for US markets.
61 Factory and subcontractor management, focus on finding the best resources at the best prices to keep the manufacturing process on schedule and to ensure productivity is cost effective.
