BASIC FUNCTIONS: Responsibility for complete management of the product lines of Wardrobes from creation of new products through their removal from the product line. Decisions made on products produced, manufacturing capacities, marketing strategies, outside purchases, and the need for engineering consultants will be largely influenced by the data and analysis generated by and recommendations made by the Product Manager.
Responsible for planning and directing the company's short and long-range marketing programs. Develop plans and programs, including forecasts for the PRC market, wholesale marketing programs, pricing and product line development. He/she is to coordinate and work closely with the plant to ensure all product issues are well taken care of. He/she is also to work with all other departments including sales, marketing communication, technical services and accounting. Direct liaison with relevant US headquarters departments is also necessary. Operate as the recognized central authority on all marketing matters related to assigned products. Responsible for development and implementation of enduring objectives related to product line development with management objectives both long-and short-term and develop strategies necessary to achieve objectives over specific time spans.

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS: Supervisory Relationships 84 Reports to SR MGR-PRODUCT, CABINETRY BUSINESS,China Internal/External Business Relationships 84 Work closely with the NPD team and the plant to ensure timely launch and smooth delivery of products. 84 Discuss new products, materials and purchases products with sales and technical representatives from outside Kohler co. 84 Contact customers to obtain market information on product sales and market trends, Includes distributors, builders, consumers, architects, engineers, plumbing contractors, O.E.M. users and retail outlets. 84 Attend trade shows, exhibits, seminars and marketing conferences.
Education and Experience Requirements: 84 Possess minimum Bachelor’s degree. 84 Worked in similar MKT function for at least 10 years. Experience in Full house-customized would certainly be necessary. 84 Have strong commercial sense and analytical skill. 84 Be well experienced with adequate MS office software.
