The main missions of the FES&P Supervisor (Faurecia Excellence System & Productivity Supervisor) are to: 1. Provide FES expertise and coaching (HSE, Quality, EE, PC&L, PS, PM and Launch) based on 11 lean manufacturing principles to contribute to achieve operational business. 84 Assist FES&P Manager in developing the budget and strategic Plan (SP) for the region (based on benchmarking and gap analysis) plus validating the Plant Improvement Plans (PIP). 84 Deploy FES&P priorities to achieve plant targets (plant output targets and FES&P input activities). 84 Confirm the relevance of the PIP in the achievement of the budget and SP target (including new Programs, new technologies/Digital transformation/footprint) 84 Perform shop floor diagnosis and define recommendations. 84 Ensure that FES Principles are applied/respected in Programs from design stage (lean process design, Standardized Work, cardboard workshop activities, validation of Equipment design, MFID, process layout, packaging, etc..) 84 Provide, according to the needs, FES knowledge and skills to the division plant team through training and coaching. 84 Propose FES training plan by function to plants/division according the PIP and the gap to FES skills requirement. 84 Support the Plant Manager for new plants: in FES deployment plan definition, implementation & tracking 84 Be an active change agent within sites, by cultivating an FES & Lean Manufacturing mind set. 2. Accountable within the MOD cost budget for the construction & achievement of an efficient plant productivity plan, through “MOD cost management” & “MOD cost improvement” 84 Support MOD Cost Management by plant: o Ensure routings and coefficient data management for standard labor cost accuracy. o Contribute to MOD budget construction by validating the analysis the total DL cost breakdown based on DLE, DLP and the productivity plan. o Ensure DLE/DLP tracking process by using the P&L. Contribute to closing the direct labor cost gap, through budget analysis and detailed action plan. o Ensure that Plants create conditions to meet SW adherence (training, rigor and discipline application) 84 Support MOD cost flex improvement: o Validate and review systematically the Plant Productivity Plans with Plant Managers o Contribute and coach on the correct tool selection and effective implementation. (Such as 5 hoshin Basics, DLE/DLP levers assessment etc, linked to KPIs measuring Labor performance. Regular weekly tracking MOD Cost. 3. Pilot and animate the FES & P network within their perimeter as well as participating in the BG and Group worldwide activities 84 Liaise with Group Experts to ensure knowledge of Group Standards and best practices are developed 84 Lead Division/own perimeter FES network through meetings, trainings, projects, sharing best practices... 84 Ensure the assessment, training and development of the Plant FES&P network 84 Participate in the selection and validation process of the Plant FES&P Manager and ensure succession plans exist for FES positions within his/her perimeter 84 Organize at Division level workshops to test and/or improve new” lean concept” or advanced tools involving the Plant FES&P Network 84 Organize Plant FES weekly meeting and LLS share. 4. FORVIA ES 4.0 deployment, On site Coaching Plants, LLS summary and share to all plants, towards Role Model. 5. Take lead FORVIA ES Education Bronze/Silver/Gold workshop, Monthly tracking Finish Rate. 6. Take lead Productivity workshop, Waste elimination, Workshop saving tracking. 7. Effective communication with Cross BG and Plant manager, identify common issue and Improve, Critical Plant Support. 8. Periodic monthly report to BG/Division/Country, Summary monthly activities to seek for continuous improvement. 9. FES Innovation management: FES Knowledge test/FES Video/FES Routine optimize and Lead FES competition. 10. Towards DT, DT tools Deployment on shopfloor (Mlean usage score improve). 11. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager and the team 12. Comply with company’ s ethics codes, management codes and conduct codes, etc.
