Your Tasks
1.Leading all AP plants to rollout OLM and improve maturity of projects and ensure flawless launch
2.C-place trainer and champion in Operation and ensure smoothly transfer from GEPEP to C-place
3.Training AP operation on OLM rollout
4.Mobilize resources in AP to meet all project gate or check points requirement and ensure flawless launch
5.Regular summarize OLM status, deliver support to plants and make escalation if needed

Your Profile
1.A full-time bachelor's degree or above is required with a background in science and engineering
2.Capable of using English as the working language
3.Have more than 10 years of relevant working experience in *** or second-tier suppliers of auto parts, more than 5 years of relevant working experience in production planning and material management or more than 5 years of project management experience
4.Proficient in cost control, production planning, and the coordinated management of equipment operation
5.Familiar with the automotive management system and relevant regulatory requirements in the automotive industry and understand the quality and safety management systems
