Responsibilities: ●Provide unwavering support to Partners entering our Network by designing and leading a flawless first experience ●Develop partner for new projects, negotiate price, communicate tech details. ●Evaluate new Partner performance for continuation in the Network following graduation ●Develop effective reporting and communication strategy for internal stakeholders at all levels ●Manage the daily commercial activities associated with the partner network including pricing, sourcing, commercial terms and special support ●Secures and analyzes quotations, negotiate prices with suppliers, and recommends suppliers with respect to cost, quality and delivery competitiveness for assigned responsibilities ●Review Customer orders and interpret drawings/specifications for potential issues with an end goal of precision matching to our Supplier ●Building and expanding supplier relationships and accountable for increasing the number of active Suppliers ●Articulate Xometry’s value proposition while negotiating orders with Suppliers ●Fluency with Customer de-escalations and achieving win-win resolutions ●Achieving margins with every job placement – and providing root cause for those that are are below target Education and Qualifications: ●Bachelor's degree, engineering background is preferred ●Knowledge of manufacturing environment, multiple processes is preferred ●Knowledge of purchasing and network-building concepts ●Proven ability to plan for and meet deadlines ●Strong analytical and organizational skills ●Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, and have the ability to work independently ●A strong desire to learn and grow within the company and the position ●Ability to handle several assignments simultaneously ●Able to negotiate and solve problems ●Proficiency in computer skills to include: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and the Internet ●Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with large diverse teams
