I. Roles and Responsibilities 86 Manage, monitor and optimize the Air Import/Export operations in accordance with airfreight handing procedure/SOP with efficiency. 86 To support the sales department to maintain the relationship with valuable customers. 86 To assist the sales department and overseas offices to develop new business. 86 To monitor the financial data and PAVE process completion in operation system timely and correctly. 86 Supervise Operational excellence and financial KPI execution. 86 Recruit, motivate and train the Air Export / Import team to push up the service quality to be at professional level 86 To implement all policies from the company and regulations from the management which are required for this position. 86 Ensure the serious control over compliance. 86 Any others additional task and duties required by superior.
II. Education and Experience requirements 86 Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics or related majors. 86 Minimum 5 years management experience, and 7-12 years air freight experience in similar position of forwarder industry. 86 Being able to communicate with overseas offices and agents in English effectively, oral and written.
