Position Purpose The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting BAC’s product portfolio to grow sales and profitability in Asia. They will be product experts, participate on cross-functional new product development teams, and lead launch activities for new products and enhancements. They will develop content that strengthens BAC’s position in the industry, and they will create and present technical training and industry presentations. They will have a thorough understanding of BAC’s core markets and HGVs, and they will track and report product performance and competitive market data that will influence business strategies. Principal Responsibility: 61 Develop regional product requirements in collaboration with the Global team and represent the Asia region on cross-functional new product development teams. 61 Lead launch activities for the Asia region, including the developing product marketing strategies such as pricing, positioning, sales tools, and competitive analysis. 61 Manage the product life-cycle, on tracking, analyzing, and optimizing legacy products post-launch. 61 Interpret product performance, customer needs and market data, including codes/standards, and competitive information, to recommend changes that optimize product. 61 Develop the technical literature and sales tools to strengthen competitive advantage and BAC brand, such as Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses, persuasive presentations, recommended specifications, Job references and etc. 61 Partner with Applications and Sales to support important projects and key customers. Requirements: 61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering; At least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in HVAC or industrial equipment markets 61 Demonstrated previous experience with new product launches; Skilled in product management with experience in pricing/cost analysis, value proposition development, payback analysis, and product positioning 61 Strong project management experience with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 61 Skilled in market research and communicating market needs and trends to influence business strategies and new product development 61 Strong business acumen with experience in analyzing financial and sales data, extracting relevant information, and providing recommendations to improve results 61 Fluent English in both speaking and writing. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and time management.
