Product development and launch activities: -Develop CPG product launch calendar and plans. -Plan and execute overall product development and launch activities. -Responsible for product story development, packaging, pricing & launch promotion plan. -Manage overall product innovation projects with cross-functional team, from idea to production, to ensure new product could be qualified launched on schedule. -Participate and decide on product related topics on supply chain, planning, quality & sales forecast. -Work with communication team on the implementation of all related dimensions of product launch communication, such as advertising, merchandising, PR, CRM, in-store activities, etc. Product promotional activities: -Develop promotion calendar based on overall sales goal and budgeting guidelines. -Promotion forecast, inventory and P&L control. -Monitor and evaluate the promotional activities. Product rationalization: -Work out product SKU rational proposal through the related sales performance analysis.
Market understanding and competitive analysis: -Monitoring competitors’ launches, activities. -Analysis of competitive offerings (claims, pricing, performance, etc.) -Competitive product communication analysis -To understand consumers’ need and market trend.
-University graduate or above -At least above 5 years’ related experience on product marketing -Be proficient in related category -Strong analytical skills -Experience with cross-functional and multi-cultural teams -Ability to effectively communicate & partner with internal & external stakeholders -English fluent as working language -Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
