1.Lead Local Lean Initiatives: Execute and manage local improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and meeting financial goals, in alignment with global operational excellence standards. 2.Identify and Implement Improvement Opportunities: Continuously identify, assess, and register improvement potentials within the local manufacturing site. 3.Adherence to Global Standards: Ensure that all local initiatives and processes adhere to global operational standards and best practices. 4.Awareness and Training: Actively promote the global operational excellence program, raising awareness and encouraging participation in training programs. 5.Knowledge Sharing: Adapt and integrate good practices from other manufacturing sites, while preparing and documenting insights to share with other locations to foster continuous improvement. 6.Audit Support: Provide assistance in local audits when required by the Plant Manager. Requirements: 1.Min 5 years experience in Lean Management. 2.Good knowledge in Six Sigma is considered a pre 3.Experience in digitalization projects and automation. 4.Strong project management skills, communication, problem solving. 5.Business fluent in English.
