Position Overall Responsibilities: 1. Build & upgrade CRM platform based on current business needs. 2. Develop CRM recruitment & engagement plan & execution. 3. End to end member offer and journey for Reima friends. 4. ROI tracking.
DUTIES:
CRM system & platform operation: 1. Solid experience to build/upgrade/daily handle CRM platforms, 0-1 experience is a plus. 2. Operate and optimize end-to-end member offer and member journey in order to enhance member recruitment size, active rate and grow consumer lifetime value.
Member offer design & Content development: 1. Manage offer operation agency with content, UI/UE, solution preparation, secure offers operate with high quality facing consumer. 2. Member new offer design brief to support deployment. 3. Based on clear business request of member offers across transaction driven offers and engage offers, design briefs to Communication Team to business solution team. 4. Leverage other consumer campaigns/activities and sales touchpoints to penetrate member offer usage. 5. Monitor performance measurements to ensure all member offers is tracking against goals and recommends and implements corrective actions.
Database & tracking: 1. Member operation on key offer & key function to make sure user friendly & usage effectiveness. 2. Track and analysis offer running performance, dig out potential to improve and raise proposal. 3. Work with multi-functional teams (PR & Retail Marketing& Commercial& Ecommerce) to develop the seamless shopping experience, penetrate member feedback and preference to lift function efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS: 83 Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines. 83 3-5 years of consumer facing experience, especially in CRM marketing. 83 English Fluent. 83 A dynamic, energetic, and proactive person who can work cross-functionally. 83 Strong communication skill and collaborative working attitude, and CAN DO spirit. 83 Solid skills of office software, Excel, Word, PPT and excellent data analysis and report ability. 83 Understanding of CRM objectives and how to translate these into offer design and development. 83 Good design thinking skills that cover end to end member offer design. 83 Strong drive for excellence and continuous improvement. 83 Good teamwork spirit and strong vendor management skills. 83 Eager to learn and adapt to the fast changing and rapid developing market. 83 Can take proactive and timely actions to feedback the internal and external business needs. 83 Strong execution and implementation ability, high working responsibility, work independently, can handle multi-tasks and under pressure. 83 Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
