Your opportunity
As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for
61 Oversee and manage our office infrastructure, cloud, network, and resort infrastructure.
61 Pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our IT systems, contributing significantly to the overall efficiency and success of our company.
How you will contribute
61 Office Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain the IT infrastructure within all office locations, ensuring optimal performance and security of hardware, software, and connectivity.
61 Cloud Services: Manage and optimize cloud-based systems and services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of cloud infrastructure.
61 Network Management: Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of network systems, including LAN, WAN, VPNs, and other communication systems.
61 Resort Infrastructure: Oversee the IT infrastructure across all Club Med resorts in China, ensuring seamless operation and support for resort activities and guest services.
61 Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the Tech Lead and outsourced helpdesk team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
61 Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of outsourced services and products.
61 Project Management: Lead and oversee infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
61 Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect company data and IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
61 Incident Management: Oversee the resolution of IT incidents and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and effective communication with stakeholders.
61 Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process and technology improvements, driving initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT infrastructure.
Who you are?
61 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
61 Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, with a focus on cloud services, network management, and office/resort infrastructure.
61 Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
61 Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing IT issues.
61 Experience with vendor management and outsourcing.
61 Strong understanding of IT security principles and practices.
61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
61 Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
