Job Description:
1.Plan, monitor and control project, managing resources, activities, deliverables, costs and risks
2.Work with a cross functional team, coordinating the tasks and efforts of all the involved parties
3.Be able to interact with different competences and assure that project is managed with efficiency
4.Manage relation with all the project stakeholders, within the company and externally with customer and suppliers
5.Manage the project budget, planning and monitoring expenses and revenues related to the project
6.Carry out other tasks assigned by superior
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above,major in engineering or management 2. Over 3 years experience as PM in automotive sector or in other sectors with high complexity development projects
3.Strong ability of analysis, communication and coordination
4.Familiar with IAFT16949, VDA6.3 and ASPICE. Good skill to develop new project at APQP basis
5.Good at change management, risk management and conflict management.
6.Ability of problem solving.
7.Good spoken and written English
8. Skill of Microsoft excel, word, PPT and project
9. PMP certificate is a plus
