Responsibilities: 1.Provide general administrative support to the Advanced Technology & Research team, communicate with our global team 2.Support and organize public and internal software training courses 3.Assist in the preparation of materials related to the company's qualification application and contracts 4.Handle the liaison between the department and each functional team 5.Complete other tasks arranged by the department head
Qualifications: 1.College degree or above, 0-2 years of administrative, secretarial, assistant, or relevant experience 2.Excellent English with listening, speaking, reading and writing skills for the communication with our global team 3.Detailed oriented and efficient 4.Good communication skill in English and coordination ability 5.Have a strong sense of responsibility, care and efficient 6.Skilfully use Office software 7.Willingness to work under pressure to meet deadlines 8.Have a collaborative teamwork spirit
