Data & Digital marketing would play vital role in driving Ice Cream digital marketing investment efficiency to fuel business growth based on strong data mindset and business acumen. It would focus on key areas including: 1. TA strategy. 1)Insight to strategy to action. Starting from TA insights based on data analysis, validate and formulate TA strategy specific to media platform, which is in line with brand JTBD. 2)Integration from end to end. Drive integration of TA strategy across platform, from end to end. 3)Perfect execution and optimization. Land TA strategy in digital and social campaigns. Work with brand team and agency to closely monitor performance and actively optimize, agile test and learn 4)TA modelling application. 1st party, 2nd party TA modelling application to improve precision targeting efficiency
2. Campaign tracking and evaluation 1)Tracking code deployment. Work with Ice Cream media team & Unite to ensure right tracking code applied. 2)Campaign performance evaluation. Work with Ice Cream media team , CMI team to evaluate digital and social campaign performance regarding consumer impact (incl but not limited to consumer assets, search index, social buzz, etc.). Evaluate media mix efficiency and identify I&O for optimization
3. Big Data capability building 1)Big Data capability building: Drive IC BU relevant function teams’ understanding and know-how on big data tools in terms of how to use, how to read. 2)Drive for big data and small data integration
职位要求: 1. 6+years working experience on big data mining with ISV/data agency/inhouse digital data experience preferred 2. Master in social & EC data tools (云图,生意参谋,CMIC,灵犀,飞瓜等) 3. Fluent in English as working language. 4. Outstanding analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, and presentation skills 5. Curiosity, self-motivated, responsibility. 6. Good communication and influential skill
