Main Responsibilities:
1) Development of material group strategies and cost potentials;
2) Conception and implementation of measures and actions to realize
the potentials in cross functional teams;
3) Managing contract and price negotiations with Group suppliers;
4) Determining and coordinating price forecasts;
5) Analysing data and key figures to monitor the material groups and
as a basis for decisions;
6) Organizing, guiding and documenting working groups and ensuring
the cross-company and cross-functional exchange of information;
7) Monitoring the procurement market;
8) Contact person for our national and international locations for the respective material groups;
9) Continuous optimization of procurement processes;
10) Collecting supplier performance data and ensure supplier relationship management;

Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s degree or above;
2) Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
3) 5-10 years working experience in the areas of strategic purchasing or
supply chain management in a manufacturing company
4) Knowledge in HV-battery systems,
5) Knowledge in e-motors and power electronics for off-road electric powertrains is a plus
6) Knowledge of international trading
7) Fluent Chinese and good oral and written English, German is a plus;
8) Communication and negotiation skills;
9) Strong analytical skills and high technical affinity;
10) Well-versed in MS Office;
