Employee Lifecycle Administrative Support 82 Manage the onboarding experience for employees from acceptance of offer to their *** day, ensuring all relevant contractual documents are obtained and the employee is ready to start working on their *** day. 82 Manage the background screening process for new hires 82 In conjunction with other Regional Administrators, coordinate the regional HR induction for all new joiners to APAC and deliver the session as scheduled 82 Ensure all trackers and employee files are updated and accurate and comply with internal policies and processes 82 Ensure employee information is held securely and in accordance with relevant legislation and best practice 82 Respond to compliance queries and Internal/External audit requests as instructed by HR Operations Manager or Office Manager 82 Ensure HR policies and processes are updated in accordance with changes in employment legislation and best practice for South Asia 82 Supports South Asia payroll processes by liaising with the vendor, preparing payroll submissions and maintaining accurate records and reports of payroll activity. 82 To deliver the best employee experience, consistently review policies and processes to ensure use of the most efficient administrative process. 82 Provide pro-active support with ad-hoc tasks where necessary and ensure any issues are flagged to ensure delivery is in line with agreed deadlines 82 Own other ad hoc tasks or HR Projects as assigned by HR Operations Manager Regional HR Data and Reporting 82 Be accountable for ensuring accurate employee data in all core HR Systems ensuring updates are made in a timely manner by working closely with other HR Administrators in the region. 82 In conjunction with other Regional Administrators, produce headcount and relevant data reports (Management Data Pack) to the Business on a monthly and quarterly basis and/or on ad hoc basis when requested 82 Gathering market data and tracking from all sources for Talent attraction and retention analysis. This includes working with Programme Manager on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda to get the data required. 82 Support HR Operations Manager with salary benchmarking requests (internal and external) 82 Support in delivering HR related research work where required Talent Development Support 82 On a quarterly basis, provide the regional Talent Development Director with support to administer and coordinate training programs across the region 82 Be responsible for capturing data in relation to training activity (attendance at courses and total training hours for the region)
